To fix your crashing issue related to Severian's Mod, delete the following line in the plugin's code: RegisterHam(Ham_Touch , "grenade" , "Grenade_Touch", 0) |

Thanks for your message, mp5m4 is fixed but the shotgun still doesn't fire and the mk2 bomb doesn't explode and it keeps jumping on the map. |

No problem As for the remaining issue, Im not quite sure what could be wrong as Im running this mod on my latest HLDS build without an issue, shotgun works just fine as intended, I'll attach the sev.sma file from my server, try it just in case there's an issue with your particular file, although that's probably unlikely:

I still can't figure out the reason, I even installed it from scratch but the problem still persists. |

It could be an issue with HAM AMXX module. You should have correct offsets for it, according to game dll version you use. |
