Hi, I installed the server on my new VPS, but when I started it , I could not connect or enter to play, but the server works as you can see.

- Tried to open port 27017 (UDP) In the firewall but did not succeed ..
- I tried to turn off the firewall to make sure, but I couldn't connect either..

Where is the problem please I have no other guesses?

Check it: is your server in LAN or in Internet?

Everything is fine in the settings of the server I'm sure of everything
The matter remained in the hosting. I contacted the support team. I did not find any convincing answer and they said that the problem may be in the game server.
I also tried turning off the firewall and opening the port with iptables commands, but the same problem remains, I didn't get any result
Tried another OS Ubuntu 20.xx (the old was Centos 7 x64) same problem

The problem has been solved.
I have added a new firewall in the control panel and add ports manually because the firewall provided by the hosting (ionos)I think there is a glitch :unknown:
