Its not ip its player SteamID and it cant be changed the problem not on your server , but player have problem conexion thats all

I just want to prevent any player from entering the server twice at the same time I think about it ip adresse ! |

Search for banip_fakes. I think you can easily change it to kick instead of ban. |

I use this plugin at Russian Crossfire servers. Up to 2 players allowed from 1 ip. Third player will be kicked.
